Astronomy & Astrophysics Insights: new open access journal

I'd like to introduce you to a new peer reviewed, open access journal I am Editor in Chief of, "Astrophysics and Astronomy Insights". Please take a look at the journal's table of contents, which is accessible at Libertas Academica and consider subscribing to its RSS feed and/or email newsletters.

Aims and scope:

Astrophysics & Astronomy Insights is a peer-reviewed, open access journal that covers all aspects of astronomy and astrophysics, such as the study of stellar structure, stellar evolution, the origin of the solar system, and cosmology. Any work related to the properties of the universe will be considered, as this branch of physics can be very multi-disciplinary. Research and theory in other areas that have relevance to this field are also welcome.

Most physicists specialise in one area, so will benefit from a journal which is specific, publishes rapidly, and is easily accessible. It puts relevant, up-to-date information right at their fingertips and allows them to reach an audience of those with similar interests.

Recently published articles: 1. Introductory Editorial (Astrophysics and Astronomy Insights), Pekka Janhunen

Submissions welcomed:

I welcome submissions to the journal at any time. Publishing your article in an open access journal means that your research is highly visible to your colleagues throughout the world and you maintain control over it by retaining copyright.

Peer review typically takes no longer than ten days, and you will be kept informed of the status of your submission. For more information, please go to Libertas Academica help page.

Thanks for your time.
