STARE yearly quicklook plots

These plots categorize the backscatter STARE received on each day of one year according to five different categories that are described in the legend below the plots. The categorisation is made by Olaf Amm using the RTI quicklook plots for each day, and is to some extent subjective. The categorisation is done with respect to studies in which data of both radars of the STARE radarpair are needed.
